4. User Content
You may upload images and other content ("User Content") to FireImg.
You retain ownership of your User Content.
However, by using FireImg, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- Store your content
- Process and transform it
- Deliver it via our infrastructure
- Cache and optimize it for performance
This license exists solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use FireImg to upload, store, or distribute:
- Illegal content
- Copyright-infringing material without permission
- Malicious or harmful content
- Content that violates the rights of others
You also agree not to engage in abusive or excessive usage intended to degrade the Service, or attempts to bypass usage limits.
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
6. Plans, Billing, and Subscriptions
FireImg offers both free and paid plans.
Paid plans may:
- Be billed monthly or annually
- Include usage limits (transformations, requests, bandwidth)
Free plans may have strict usage limits. Paid plans may allow temporary overages but may trigger warnings or require upgrades.

Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe.
7. Usage Limits
Your use of the Service may be subject to limits based on your plan.
If you exceed your plan limits, we may:
- Throttle or restrict usage
- Require an upgrade
- Temporarily suspend access
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:

- Your usage poses risk to the Service

9. Intellectual Property
FireImg and its underlying technology, including software, branding, and infrastructure, are owned by FireImg.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
